Design Cost - Home Design

$20,000.00 Average

So this is a home design basic package. Does not include 3-d modeling etc....just plans and simple kitchen layout for the building department approvals. Starting Prices for Architectural Plans - $15,000.00 - $25,000.00 including structural engineering.

Surveyor

Surveyor cost can depend on how many times he as to come to the site.

Typically he does the survey and cost maybe $3,500.00+

Pinning Footings - this is when excavation has happened and not you go from rough layout to exact layout.

He or she will pin either the concrete footing which have been pour at this point or if a pre cast walls system they will pin the gravel base. This again based on how mcuh time they spend onsite $400-1,200.00

Civil Engineering Cost - Averaged
